How long will my pallet order take?
For existing customers, the lead time for new orders is one to two weeks. The lead time to pick up used pallets is between 1-5 days. Existing customers can complete orders via phone call or email and will receive an order confirmation. Invoices will be emailed. Payments are preferred via check or wire transfer.
What are the specifications of your standard 48x40 GMA?

Our maximum loads for 40X48 pallets are:
Van Trailer - 660 pallets (30 stacks, 22 high)
Flat Bed Trailer - 720 pallets
Flat Bed Truck - 308 pallets (14 stacks, 22 high)
Does Crate and Pallet buy pallets?
Through our Pallet Vendor program, we purchase 48x40 pallets; we will accept other sizes at our facility but do not provide payment for sizes other than 48X40.
The following is accepted:
48x40 #1 grade
48X40 #2 grade
48X40 broken pallets
We require an appointment and a minimum drop-off of 100 pallets.
