Pallet Orders and Pick Up

For Existing Customers

New orders may be made by existing customers via phone call or email.

Depending on your requirements, new orders may take 1-2 weeks. Upon order completion, you will receive:

  • Confirmation of order
  • Bill of Lading at delivery
  • Delivery Ticket to sign
  • Heat Treat Certificate
  • Invoice via email

Preferred payment is accepted via wire transfer or check. For questions about your account, contact Jeremy Miller.

Pallet Repair and Recycle

Sustainability is an important part of Crate and Pallet, and we are a proud member of the National Wood and Pallet Container Association, abiding by their standards of excellence.

We recycle standard 48X40 pallets, as well as additional pallet sizes in several grades. Pallets that are not sized 48X40 are delivered to our teardown machine, so we can reclaim the wood for use on new pallets. During the recycling process, our skilled technicians inspect each and every pallet, ensuring repair of any damages or missing boards.

Pallets that can no longer be circulated or do not have reusable lumber are sent to a recycling center where the wood is turned into mulch.

Crate and Pallet does recycle grocery pallets, which are 48X40 four-way entry pallets. These are repaired, graded and sold based on each pallet's condition.

Transport

Crate and Pallet’s facility hosts an on-site trucking fleet, which offers you the scheduling control your company needs. We work with you directly to set up scheduling, delivery times and transportation options, even in the event of an emergency load.

Our shipping and our pallet pickup are both scheduled within 24 hours.

Typical pallet pick-up:
48x40 - 500 +/-
MIXED - 375 +/-

To schedule a pallet transport, book an appointment between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Pickups at our pallet plant can be done between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Pallet/Vendor Program

Crate and Pallet purchases 48x40 pallets, with a minimum drop-off of 100 pallets. An appointment is required; please contact Jeremy Miller to schedule.

The following sizes are accepted:

  • 48x40 #1 grade
  • 48X40 #2 grade
  • 48X40 broken pallets

*Crate and Pallet will accept pallets of other sizing but will not offer payment for odd sizes.
